Frontier School of Mission offers a range of non-accredited and informal training opportunities as well as through partnering with Melbourne School of Theology, students can undertake accredited units and course with the Australian College of Theology.
Short Courses
FSM runs a regular program of short courses that can be undertaken by anyone, at our location or yours. These courses include:
- Christian Belief
- Lay Preaching
- Worship Leadership
- The Gospels
- Mission and evangelism
- And others
Accredited Courses
The opportunity for accredited training is provided through a collaboration with Melbourne School of Theology as an affiliate of the Australian College of Theology. Courses offered at FSM sites include lecturers from within the Lutheran Church of Australia.
Courses include:
- Undergraduate Certificate of Ministry
- Diploma of Ministry
- Graduate Certificate of Divinity
- Graduate Diploma of Divinity
Conferences and Congregation-based training
Frontier School of mission can come to your Conference, Organisation or Congregation to run training events that fit your specific needs.

Internship Programs
Supervised internship programs can be organised for those who have a congregational or institutional placement. Subject selection would relate closely to the placement work and field education would form a part of the course.
